Today’s knitting

Today has been a knitting day.

This morning I spent time unwinding a project that needs to be reknit, winding yarn and searching my stash for yarn I can use for the doll that I’m working on.

This afternoon I taught a knitting lesson (one on one) and made 2 attempts at a doll on my 40 pin.

This machine is so temperamental I am beside myself with what to do. I am using a #3 yarn and the machine is okay for about 60 rows and then it just spits the yarn out and that’s it.

I’m am thinking of using th 46 but it will give a larger doll than I planned. I will think about it.

Finally, I removed the stitching that I had done on doll #1. I am going to redo the face so it had to be doll before I can continue to practice doing the face.

I’m going to practice duplicate stitch on the face.
