Pom pom tip
If you are putting removable pom pom on your hats, tie a piece of yarn to the elastic ring on pom pom. Tie it into a bow on inside of hat, then if the person that has the hat can easily remove and reattach using the piece of yarn and don't have to look for some other tool to use.
