Odd question...

Okay, so anyone with an Addi 46 that is using a motor, did you have problems taking the knob/handle off the crank? The screw is now stripped and I can't get it off. I don't care if the little black piece and the screw never go back on. Do you think it would be disastrous if I tried to break the little black piece the screw goes in? If I somehow mess up and the crank arm gets broken, can replacement parts be purchased? "...Inquiring minds want to know..."
