Introducing Me

Hi. I totally forgot I joined this community.

My name is Kay, I am severely sight impaired due to a rare autoimmune condition that attacks the eyes and physically disabled as the result of a road traffic incident. Whilst I still some have useful vision and with the aid of magnifiers I like to craft.

I am a polytrauma survivor who does various crafts as a form of art therapy. I have every size sentro and the 22 pin Addi. I also have the Caydo i-cord pro and the Caydo CE01 embroidery machine which I believe can be used on knits.

I make items and leave them out in the community as random acts of kindness for people to find and the rest of my makes are usually for gifts to family and friends.

I have one issue though everytime I get a CKM out and that is that my cat thinks it’s for her to sit in 🤣 once evicted and knitting she then plays catch the tail.

Photos of said cat in the ckm and some bits I have made using the ckm which include a sushi blanket made for my brother in law, some scarves that have a pully through which were gifted to the band Suede aka the London Suede, and a neck warmer, hat and mitten set made for my other sisters partner.
