I just wasn’t thinking, or perhaps I was just feeling a little over confident. Yesterday I attempted to make the fingerless gloves. I printed out the pattern, read it completely. I watched the video and was ready to begin. Did the waste yarn, # rows, and the final rows with more waste yarn. Made 2 of these tubes, now it was time for me to put it all together. I even had nerve to fold it in half and use stitch markers to keep it in place. Shouldn’t I have noticed by now this was definitely the wrong size? Why did it take me this long to recognize I had used the wrong machine. I made it on the Addi 22 instead of the Addi 46. Instructions were very clear, I made the mistake of turning on the TV while working in this project thing “you got this!” Positive outcome - I can continue, at least, practicing the mattress stitch that keeps messing with me!
