I think I need a motor
I really think I need to get a motor for the Addi's. My right shoulder is acting up on me and I've been ignoring it. About 2 1/2 years ago, my left shoulder did almost the same thing. It slowly worsened over several months, until I was in so much pain I couldn't stand it. My doc diagnosed it as adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder). It took about 8 months to fully recover. I made that Wrap Stitch Headband/Ear warmer over 2 days (Friday and Saturday). The more I crank the machine, the more it hurts. Not the neck, not the back. Just the shoulder, and it is worse today. I couldn't even crank it more than 8 rows before the pain was too much. So, I'm going to give it a rest, and maybe look into which motor might work for me. And I'm going to have the doctor take a look at it, to hopefully rule out frozen shoulder again! In the meantime, I'll be getting myself ready for my wedding (5 days as of Monday!) and I'll be on here encouraging others, reading and commenting on posts. I either need to find a motor, or turn the machine just enough to crank left handed, but still work cranking it clockwise!
