Doll #2 update

Well, it has been a struggle to find yarn to work in my 40 pin machine. The pink that I was going to use was fine for about 25 rows and then the machine spit it out! So I tried the lavender below. This is a lovely yarn to work with and the 40 loves it. It is European brand that I bought from Hobbi and is a #3 weight. So that worked but the yarn that I want to use with the lavender (pictured) is just not happy in the machine. Same yarn as doll 1 and went through beautifully it is just a different colour. Go figure. I may rewind the skein for better tension.

Back to the drawing board.

It is a bit frustrating because I want to get to the next step which is more interesting to me.

I will look through my stash but I don’t know what I have to use.
