Story Challenge

Today wrote a short story about camping. You can use a real camping trip you have had or make up your own camping trip. Where are you going? What’s there? Are you camping in a tent or something else?

My Camping Trip

We went camping at the KOA at the Suwanee River. We stayed in a green tent. It rained. Thankfully, our tent didn’t leak. In the morning, we cooked bacon, eggs, and toast for breakfast. Our toast was pan fried. We didn’t have a toaster. We used a camp stove to cook on.

Then after breakfast clean up we went fishing. We caught some catfish and bass. We didn’t keep the fish.

In the afternoon we went swimming in the pool.

Later we built a fire. We roasted marshmallows.
