Especially if you're attempting to enter the Cigar selling business. 1.Know your Cigar types. If you can't differentiate between a Torpedo and a Connecticut. 2. Make sure your product is great. Upstarts get scrutinized harder than established brands so make sure its good and not 'ok'. If someone tells you "its cool", its not. They just dont want to hurt your feelings. 3. Get outside help or Counseling. Having your friends or family being your only source of assistance is not the best. Reach out to someone(s) at a Cigar Lounge or an actual Cigar Brand Owner. 4. Never put out your first batch. It's probably not going to be the best. 5. Have your source be an actual Company that produces Cigars for bigger more established brands. Dont be afraid to ask for scraps as it can save you money. 6. Be ready to spend money and understand things happen like delays in delivery due to customs and mailing. It happens. More to come.
