Hi, Many of you may remember my request for prayer and support for my younger sister's medical mission's assignment to Nepal. Thank you again to all that agreed in prayer and gave your support. She has been in Nepal now for nearly 8 weeks and her plan is to remain there for at least two years. Currently the country of Nepal is in a crisis. Just two weeks ago, flash flooding in the northern border has left the area completely devastated. Claiming upwards of about 1,400 lives and thousands yet uncounted for. My sister is safe and is not located in the province or surrounding districts that were impacted directly from the flooding. Thank God! The following info was sourced online regarding the damage: "Mountain settlements—including remote villages like Timure and Syapru Besi, as well as the town of Trishuli—were swamped by massive walls of water, mud, ice, and rocks. Vital highways connecting China and Nepal, multiple concrete bridges, and key hydropower stations along the river corridors were completely buried, washed away, or structurally collapsed." This devastation has displaced thousands of people and rescue attempts are still ongoing. . . Yesterday my sister informed us that there was a massive earthquake that occurred Tuesday night, fortunately there were no reported casualties, and she is safe; but the country is in a vulnerable state. Its government (foreign minister) is seeking restitution/ compensation, calling for climate justice, not charity or loan support from major countries: such as the USA, China and India. Their claim is that these countries in particular have contributed the most toward global warming and its effects are what led to the glacier collapse that caused the flooding. There is a huge discussion (debate) surrounding climate justice and not just for Nepal but many countries around the world. I ask that you will keep the entire country of Nepal and the surrounding regions affected by this disaster, in your prayers. That rescue, relief, resources/aid and restitution will be fruitful. Please pray for the thousands of people grieving who are experiencing tremendous loss. Pray against the spirit of chaos and fear. Please continue to pray for my sister (Tamika), her safety and her ministry there. And please join me to intercede on behalf of the nations and government decisions regarding climate justice, strategies for affective climate change, and the relief that so many countries are in need of today.

I want to share an interaction I had with my client on Tuesday. She was an old client who I haven't seen in at least six years. She reached out to me a few weeks ago, after receiving one of my weekly emails. She wanted to schedule a series of microcurrent sessions. She came in Tuesday for her first appointment and while she was on my treatment table and I was performing her service; I began hearing the Lord speak to me about her, so I asked her if I could share what I was hearing the Lord say about her. She said oh yes, of course please. I proceeded to tell her I hear the Lord say "daughter I am restoring the joy the enemy stole from you and I've collected the tears you've cried in the dark and hidden places. I am turning your sorrow into joy, and my glory will shine upon you". She began to cry and thanked me, and we went on with her session. After I completed her session, she said "Dana I don't know why, but I have always felt drawn to you. You are so kind, and so I don't know, you just mean so much to me". This surprised me, especially because I haven't seen or heard from her in over six years. I told her it's the presence of the Lord. It just goes to show you that you never know the impact you have in someone's life. Be encouraged, beloved, the Lord is with you. Go be the light of the world!

PROPHETIC ACTIVATION STEP ONE Give everyone two minutes of quiet. Ask: Holy Spirit, what do You want me to notice right now? STEP TWO Tell everyone to record the first simple thing they receive without decorating it. It may be: A word A Scripture A picture An impression A memory A physical response Something noticed in the room STEP THREE Ask each person to identify the channel through which it came. STEP FOUR Does this agree with Scripture? Does it reveal the character of Jesus? Does it produce love, truth, freedom, conviction, peace, or obedience? Am I adding details God did not give me? Is fear, personal desire, offense, or ambition shaping my interpretation? STEP FIVE Invite several people to share using humble language: “I sense” “I believe the Lord may be highlighting” “Please test this” The community listens, tests, and encourages. The purpose is not performance. The purpose is formation. DISCUSSION QUESTIONS 1. Which way of hearing God is easiest for you to recognize? 2. Which way have you dismissed because it felt too ordinary? 3. Have you experienced a clear word followed immediately by the question, “Did God really say?” 4. What changed in your thinking after doubt entered? 5. How can prophetic community help keep one person from carrying discernment alone?
