New mobile app I just released

Hey guys, i’m brand new here excited about getting engaged with the trainings and such. I just released a mobile app with training tools for Bible quizzes. It’s a pretty exhaustive app with many features including full Bible readers 2900+ songs where a scripture sung, flashcards systems with competition and game modification factors and such and I’d like to scale this for them with a funnel. I have sold instrumental music with digital marketing generated over 100,000 customers shipped over 300,000 physical CDs from my house. But I’ve only sold Music with an SLO funnel never before an app. I did integrate the Facebook SDK for paid marketing conversion tracking. We have free plan and an upgraded plan currently have 2000 subscribers paying $2.99 a month. The new app has a $4.99 a month subscription with all the upgraded features. I built the first out for them with a track and drop builder five years ago. This app, I built, purely in flutter and firebase. It took over a year and we’re finally in the App Store. What kind of funnel could be used for app installs to scale this very niche down special app? Any advice is appreciated.
