With a church metrics solution focusing on housing all data in one place, I led with “8 metrics every church should track weekly” including the 8 metrics, how to get them, and why they are important

@Dillon Smith It's 4 follow ups over the span of 3 weeks.
How I turn new followers into paying clients:
Hey friends, one of the most important things you can do as a business owner is to "set" new followers and leads into a booked call for having a sales conversation. I was teaching this to one of my one-on-one clients this morning, and wanted to put together a quick guide for all of you. Here's the link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HauHQICltyzN_3mwH5L6cNgUyADNFr4Ebz2IWU9m4c0/edit?usp=sharing

What's typically your cold opener for a new follower on socials to move into that conversation?
How Pastor's Side Hustles Impact Your Marketing:
Most pastors feel like they need a side-hustle. And if you're serving churches, you need to understand what this means for how they make purchasing decisions. According to the National Congregations Study, 35 percent of pastors are bivocational, while 18 percent serve more than one congregation. That number is growing every year as church sizes continue to decline and financial pressures mount. Let me translate what this means for your business: The pastor you're trying to sell to isn't sitting in an office Monday through Friday thinking about vendor solutions. He's delivering for DoorDash between hospital visits. She's teaching online courses after Wednesday night service. They're managing an Etsy shop while preparing Sunday's sermon. According to a recent study, 40% of all Americans have a "side hustle". Pastors are no exception—and often they're in even more precarious financial situations than the average American. This changes everything about your sales strategy. Shorter emails. Asynchronous communication options. Self-serve demos. Content they can consume at 11 PM when their kids are asleep and they finally have 20 minutes to think about church operations. The pastors you're trying to reach aren't ignoring you because they don't care. They're ignoring you because they're exhausted. How are you adapting your sales process to reach bivocational pastors?

This is solid advice. I see most of my leads on meta roll in after work hours (mostly late at night) and very early in the morning. Pastors are darn near impossible to get a hold of during office hours unless they are at a small church because they pick up everything out of habit.
