What Seen Can Do For You
No pressure, no expectation, just wanted you to know it's here if it's ever useful. I run Seen, a virtual assistant service, and I have a version built specifically for business owners managing a chronic illness. I live with fibromyalgia myself, so this isn't a generic offer with "chronic illness friendly" tacked on, it's built entirely around what it's actually like running a business when your capacity isn't predictable. Full details, including pricing and a one-off taster option, are in the PDF below. Or if you'd rather just chat it through, there's a link in there for a no-pressure 15-minute call on the website weareseen.uk. Gentle hugs, Izzy 🤍

If a long-term health condition pushed you toward self-employment because you needed a different way to work, you're in the right place. This is a space about coping strategies, yes, but it's just as much about the freedom a lot of us found when we stopped trying to fit our unpredictable energy or pain into someone else's schedule, and started building something on our own terms. Introduce yourself below: what's your business? what made you take the leap? and, if you're comfortable sharing, what condition you're navigating? No pressure at all if you'd rather keep that private; just say hello either way. And check out the Classroom tab for the Welcome Pack and other resources to get you started. Great to have you here 🫶
What day is it?
It's going to be one of those weeks I think. With a bank holiday yesterday, of course I woke up this morning thinking it's Monday today. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm very easily thrown off my changes in routine. I thrive with structure. What about you? Are you a routine person or do you prefer to have variety in your day?
Comfort TV Shows 📺
When your energy's low, or you've had one of those days, what's the show you turn to? The one you keep in your back pocket, that you've probably seen a hundred times, that you put on when your brain's had enough and you just need something familiar in the background. I have a lot, but something I always find cosy is anything Agatha Christie, a Miss Marple or a Poirot, doesn't matter which one, I've seen them all. There's something about the familiarity that just switches my brain off in the right way. Let me know yours!
