Season prep
What’s going on everyone? How are you guys planning for the upcoming Christmas season? 🎄 Now is the time to start planning. Now is the time to start prepping the materials you want to buy. Now is the time to start getting your yard signs ready and pre-ordering. Now is the time to start setting up those easy pay plans with your clients. The guys who win the season don’t start in October…. they start now. We’re currently on pace to do $1,000,000 in holiday lighting installs this year, and we’re not stopping. Curious to hear from everyone…What are you doing right now to prepare for the season?
Christmas light prep
I know it feels early, but the businesses that crush it in November and December are the ones doing the work right now. If you’re not already in motion, here’s your nudge. A few things worth getting ahead on: ∙ Rebook last year’s clients. Reach out now while you’re top of mind and lock in your repeat installs before the calendar fills up. Early bookings are the easiest money you’ll make all year. ∙ Get your marketing rolling. Refresh your print material, line up your ads, and start warming up your audience so you’re not scrambling when demand spikes. ∙ Build or update your site. If you don’t have one (or it’s looking rough), now’s the time. A clean, professional site is what turns a lead into a deposit. ∙ Pre-order your lights and materials. Get ahead of the supply crunch and price increases. Nobody wants to be hunting for product in October. The season comes fast and the prep window is open right now. Put in the work over the next few months and you’ll thank yourself when the calls start coming in. Who’s already started?
