Lead by Serving — “Greatness Starts Low”
Principle: The greatest leaders add value to others first.
Sometimes the most powerful leadership move is the one no one sees.
Jesus didn’t start with a throne, He started with a towel. Real leaders aren’t trying to get ahead… they’re trying to lift others up.
If you’re too big to serve, you’re too small to lead.
