At the Christian Leadership Academy, our passion is to develop leaders who are grounded in the character of Christ, equipped with biblical conviction, and prepared to lead with excellence in every area of life and ministry.
We believe that leadership is not just a position, but a calling, a journey of discipleship, growth, and surrender. That is why we focus on raising leaders who are healthy spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and practically.
Our mission is to partner with what Jesus is building by equipping the kind of leaders He can trust with His church and His people.
Our heart and prayer is that every student will:
- Grow deeper in their intimacy with Christ
- Develop greater clarity in their calling
- Strengthen their ability to influence and lead
- And allow the Holy Spirit to work in them so that He can powerfully work through them.
