There is no “us” and “them”
Morning song:
"Forgive." By Trevor Hall & Luka Lesson
If you’ve been following this week's Yoga Sutra, YS 1.33, we’re exploring the locks and keys of happiness. The heart of that, I believe, is this line by songwriter Trevor Hall:
There is no “us” and “them.”
To be genuinely happy for someone—to have total compassion —to unconditionally love and really experience joy, I believe there first must be that acceptance of our oneness and union. "Giving up on separation," Hall sings. “...No enemy or friend."
Just "Give."
Love,
Jackie
