Client Onboarding Process
Consultation Request
Fitr 1: 1 Coaching Sign Up
Welcome to 1:1 Online Coaching. This isn’t generic programming or copy-paste advice — it’s structured, intentional coaching built around you, your timeline, and your performance goals.
Below is exactly how onboarding works and what to expect moving forward.
Step 1: Book a Discovery Call
Your journey starts with a discovery call.
This call allows us to:
- Clarify your current situation, training background, and limitations
- Identify your short-, mid-, and long-term goals
- Agree on a fundamental direction for your training and development
No hard selling. No guesswork. Just alignment.
Step 2: Complete the In-Depth Intake Form
After the call, you’ll complete a detailed intake form.
This covers:
- Training history & current workload
- Injury considerations
- Competition plans & timelines (if applicable)
- Lifestyle, recovery, and constraints
This information is critical — the quality of your program depends on it.
Step 3: Sign Up to FITR
Once your program is ready, you’ll:
- Sign up to FITR via the correct link provided
- Receive your training program directly through the app
Step 4: Program Design
Your initial program is built using:
- Our consultation discussion
- Your intake form
- Your timelines and future goals (e.g. competition dates, performance targets)
This is not a static plan. It’s a living system that evolves as you do.
FITR is where:
- All programming lives
- Progress is tracked
- Communication and feedback stay organised
Ongoing Coaching Structure
Weekly Check-Ins
- Performance updates
- Adjustments based on readiness and feedback
- Video analysis where relevan
