I hit a shoulder and arm workout with my boy Ariel Today, Overhead Pressed 135 for 2 sets of 4 reps, new PR, weighing a chunky 192lbs. Hit Side lateral raises as well, rear delt flies, and a couple sets of bicep curls and dumbbell skull crushers. Also cooked myself in the Sauna for 30 minutes, wore my Sauna Hat I got from Mexico. Then I got home, Listened to the new Andrew Huberman Podcast on the belief of God while I ate breakfast, then took a 2 hour nap. Not a Super Productive Day so far, but atleast I worked out, ate food, and listened to a good podcast.
