Grisel’s Syndrome
Seven-year old Vayda had her adenoids removed last Wednesday and began to have complications with her neck on Friday. For the past 2 1/2 days her head has had a left lateral bend and she says she can’t move it to straighten it. More of a torticollis presentation. Her doctor called it Grisel’s syndrome due to the adenoid removal.
I am seeing this little girl soon but she has never had chiro care. She is on steroids for three days. Any suggestions on this?
