In this course I will share with you my favorite books and podcast to prepare you for your journey into motherhood, starting with pregnancy and birth!

In this 6-week course you and your partner will meet with a doula, childbirth educator and other birth professionals to learn and practice for the arrival of your little one. Starting September 2026 and typically held on Tuesday or Wednesdays of every week, this course will cover all you need to know to set yourselves up for a successful journey onto parenthood.
