Back in June 2025, I found out I was diabetic. At the time, I weighed 275 lbs and wasn’t taking care of myself the way I should have been. That diagnosis forced me to make a choice: stay on the same path or completely change my lifestyle.
I chose to change.
Through a strict diet, consistent exercise, and better habits, I stayed disciplined and transformed my life. Today I’m down to 192 lbs and feel healthier, stronger, and more confident than ever.
I created this community for people who want to level up physically and mentally, stay accountable, and support each other through real change.
