Chi Fighter Self Defense is broken into two categories of meditation. One category is focused on written meditation while the other category’s meditations are movement focused. The first category is linguistic self-defense. Words are energy and often have underlying energies that we aren’t aware of. A writing meditation with a lemon twist, right? You might ask, isn’t meditation supposed to be loving and kind and soft and wonderful? Of course it is and we are meditating on our sovereignty, we aren’t playing the share your trauma with the class game. But we are playing where the rubber meets the road and sometimes the road gets hot 🥵 I have read the DSM-5 and I have worked in some lively environments. This Skool setting is not scenario based. Those places I worked are the answer to why I’m the teacher. Not too many stories will come from there. The Chi Fighter Skool classroom is a safe space. I want you to feel comfortable and Linguistic Self Defense is a writing meditation with a lemon 🍋 twist. We will have some important conversations, the details of which, fun and not, will be written down in front of you, out of sight from anyone else and you will be in a safe space of your choosing. It’s true, meditation is kindness in action but sometimes visualizing a little sour in the eye of an old memory takes a different kind of sting away. We don’t have to turn a memory into candy, but we can definitely stop being worried about the sour. A wise dude with a beard told me in a language I have yet to learn, just add water. The second category is CHI FIGHTER MEDITATION. The material covered here is outside the scope of this program and it will be from here that I pull stories and examples from. I look forward to communicating, teaching and learning. Dare to be STRONG
