Not only I, but also the other members of the U20 team were very upset that you let the team down. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time you've acted this way. The following rules apply to you with immediate effect: You must check your emails at least every three days. If questions are asked in an email, you must answer them immediately by email. Anyone who is unable to participate in a team competition must notify me by email at least one week in advance. Exceptions may only be made due to illness or other unforeseeable circumstances. I also issue this warning: If you fail to appear at a team competition again without notifying us in advance, I will not allow you to participate again. Any thoughts?
