How powerful and amazing is it to watch the seasons change? From the way that the air changes to the color of the foliage, we watch Mother Nature work her magic. Our cooking styles change as well. As the temperatures rise we look for lighter dishes like grilled meats and vegetable salads and then the stark contrast of cold temperatures with braised meats and vegetable ragouts.
