Retreat or not re-treat... that is / could be the question...
Dear all, just an idea, I'd like to share...
since 2024 I am inviting friends for small private retreats at a seminar house (I mentioned that, I guess, to you already, dear ) in the Western part of North-Rhine Westphalia (Eifel). It is a Buddhist Center with an inter-religious approach. For a while I was the fundraiser and "scientific advisor" (well... long story, and quite funny... maybe another time). This is some years ago. Meanwhile I am a happy visitor once in while, to join the Pujas and Meditations, meeting with (my) teacher(s) etc. They have some guest rooms and a beautiful Gompa and a grand Stuupa, as well beautiful landscape all around.
With some of my friends from the U.S. and Belgium we made arrangements for a short stay of a couple of days... pristine & wonderful.
This summer I have not made any plans concerning this possibility. Would this be an idea for (some / those who can do the travelling / would enjoy something like that) us? - I am just talking here freely from my heart... no clue, when and how... Just "if" we would have some interest on our side, I would let you know some more about the place and would try to find out, if and when we could be hosted.
- As soon, as Jayne has her Retreat Center ready, there would be no other location "worthy to be mentioned", I am already booking my times with you, Dear 😍
