This morning's Coffee o' clock
What a cheerful, invigorating and emphatic time we spent! Thank you so much dear @Francesca Proudman for having us and hosting our talking to each other (and not only "to" but even more so: "with")! Thank you, dear @Jayne Rose for all you shared and showed. Much love, see you later on IT, I hope...

Thanks to @Francesca Proudman and @Ulli Schaub for a lovely chat and catch up this morning. So glad I managed to make it even if a little late and in PJ bottoms and without make up!!! Haha! I was very energised and have been tidying up and sorting all day. Just now popped into the garden and cut the most beautiful flowers. Hope you have a wonderful evening xxx

Welcome to Elizabeth. Great to have you with us.
One single letter can make such a difference... and it was the O ;)
Dear all, it is a couple of days ago... I just had no real time on my hands... so even now, it is still somewhat hilarious and somewhat remarkable. Maybe you have encountered something similar. During @Francesca Proudman 's live on IT, she asked us, how our week would have been and how we we would feel. I was coming in in a hurry ("Hurry" was my middle name in the last couple of days... 😄). And so I wanted to say "Tricky week, yet in happy spirits. Hello there, dear all"... And...wrote. "... spirits. Hell there, dear all." Missing the o, in hello... Well, "HELL" made dear Francesca wondering out loud... and she was even giving me her kind attention and support on that. I tried to reply and wrote "HellO" and others even chimed in to explain it for me to you / her... This is what happens if someone with such a good and great heart, like Francesca, tries to help and support AND the technology does not provide more than a chat, which on the host's side is rushing and running so fast... I wanted to thank you, dear Francesca, for your lovely words... and took them in, hence they felt so pleasant and generally encouraging, albeit I did not had, described or wished any one "hell"... Again with "heavenly greetings" to you, dear Francesca and all here... I wish I could hear more from you guys, especially @Leah Lawson , whom I miss quite a bit after our last conversation, and @Raichelle Jordan , who has not given away the details of her Skool-site... ;) @Jayne Rose and me are in vivid exchange... this is much fun and always so interesting. Much love and a beautiful start into the new week!

Wednesday 4pm BST, IT Q&A for this month is all about health and Wellbeing (and there’s a nervous system question coming up if anyone is interested 😊. I’m very busy studying, learning and creating for a new course on “Living in Flow - how to remove blocks and set yourself free” - should be out soon which will be lovely. Oh and our monthly coffee meeting is scheduled for 6 May at 9am BST - I hope this will work!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The Y-word...
Dear all, the weekly IT meetings with dear @Francesca Proudman on words to ponder about and with her oracle cards are a lot of fun & joy, as well a lot to be on the "tip of your toes" what your thinking and acting is coming from and doing to you and all the world. Those of you having been there, like you dear @Jayne Rose and dear @Leah Lawson , think probably along these lines?! Sounds as a simple game on words... words starting with all the letters of the alphabet... one by one... at least that was it for the last couple of months... I could not attend all, those I could catch were just brilliantly nice. Last week it was the Z... the week before, you might guess it ;), the Y. And the Y caught me last week. One word with Y chosen by Francesca was: YES. I had to say a lot of YESses last week... i.e. suddenly, at midnight last Monday, my colleague asked me to substitute for one of our friends... sudden health problem with emergency call to the clinic... thanks goodness, he is fine... I was asked to being ready the very next day to jump into two courses training of in toto four days, which meant arranging everything, from materials for the trainees, hotel, packing, who is looking after my dog in case my partner would be on business calls, too and so on. And I did it which such a calm mind... I was surprised myself. All worked out so well. We in Germany have a saying "wie geschnitten Brot"... literally "like sliced bread", metaphorically... "easy like Sunday morning" ;). I had said "yes"... So this word applied to a task, a challenge, a situation of which kind (inner or outer world), works like a charm. It is not the YES of being always the nice one, picking up the pieces behind others, not the people pleasing YES (I was / still am one of those "good girls", so believe me, I feel the difference!)... it is the YES to life and even to the power-of-no, because that is life, too.
The Y-word...
