Sometimes you receive a message that reminds you exactly why you do what you do.
After more than 40 years of teaching, and developing the Champions Character programme over decades, reviews like this still mean the world to me. We use martial arts because children love it, but our real mission has always been to help young people become confident, kind, focused and resilient.
Knowing that those qualities are being recognised not just in our dojo, but by teachers in the classroom, is incredibly rewarding.
