I"m on this website Skool because some emotions just don't get understood. It exists because we expect young people to control feelings they were never taught to understand. I’ve worked with teenagers who aren’t broken they’re overwhelmed. This book was written to help close that gap. To give young people an emotional compass. To help adults understand what’s really happening beneath the surface. Because when a young person or anyone feels understood, everything changes.

I'm from India, and I'm excited to connect with people from different backgrounds and learn from their experiences. I joined because I believe the right community can completely change the way you think, learn, and grow. There's something valuable in every conversation, and I'm here to learn, share ideas, and keep improving. I enjoy asking good questions, trying new ideas, and putting what I learn into practice instead of just collecting information.
