START HERE: How This Program and Community Works
The Executive OS is a self-directed system. Go at your pace. You do not need constant community engagement to get results. However, a small amount of participation is required to set accountability and create momentum. This is not a discussion-based community, therefore you are not expected to post daily or respond to others (although you may if you wish). Your responsibility here is simple: 1. Introduce yourself when you join 2. Post a brief progress report every week 3. Post questions here if you need help Everything else is optional.

PROGRESS REPORTING: Do This Every Week
Once a week, post a quick progress report in the community, and let me know how things are going. It doesn't need to be long. One sentence is enough. - Use the "Progress" category when you post - Let me know if things are going well or not so well

Check In and Let's Go!
Whether you're making great progress, or no progress at all, remember to check in here with a status update. One sentence. That's all. This does two things: 1) It'll help you light a fire under yourself if you've been slacking. 2) It'll remind others to get moving when they see you've been making progress. And if you haven't started, this weekend marks the beginning of a new month. A new opportunity to reset and start 2026 off with momentum. Tap in with me if you need anything or have any questions. #LetsGo
Week 1 Update
I didn't get a chance to update the board for Week 1, so I wanted to catch up. I've been traveling recently, so it's been challenging. However, some goals like journaling, social media limits, and working out 5 days a week were accomplished. I'm learning its okay to get better incrementally in this program. I used the AI component Cerebrix, and got some helpful feedbacks.
