What are you doing to ground and take care of yourself this week? It's so important to disconnect when you can, put the screens away and do something that brings you joy. Something that brings you back to your body. When you find yourself ruminating or overthinking, changing your physical energy can help shift your mind. Sometimes, simply getting up and walking into a different room can do the trick. Other times, an intentional/forced smile (at yourself, or maybe someone you love) can also shift your energy. In order for us to welcome this new energy coming our way over the next several weeks, we need to let go of what no longer serves us. We let go of the old stories and self-limiting beliefs.
