Welcome!
Welcome to Care Leaders Hub! We’re really pleased to finally open the doors and welcome you to the community. Care Leaders Hub has been created for care owners, managers and leaders who want practical support, useful resources and a place to talk openly about the real challenges of working in adult social care. Between us, we have spent many years working across leadership, quality, compliance, workforce development and business growth — and one of the biggest things we’ve learned is that care leadership can sometimes feel like a pretty lonely place. That’s exactly why we created this Hub. We want this to become a community where you can: ✅ Ask questions ✅ Share experiences ✅ Learn from other care leaders ✅ Access practical tools and resources ✅ Get support with the challenges you’re facing ✅ Develop your confidence as a leader Most importantly, we want it to be practical, supportive and useful. So to get things started, please introduce yourself in the comments below Tell us: • Your name • Your role • What type of service you work in • And one challenge, topic or question you’d like us to cover in the Hub There are no wrong answers your responses will actually help us shape future discussions, resources and sessions around what care leaders genuinely need. We will be active in the community, so please get involved, ask questions and make the most of it. We’re really pleased to have you here. Welcome to Care Leaders Hub. Neil & Martin
Whats taking up your time?
Quick question for everyone... What’s taking up most of your time at work at the moment? Staffing? Audits? Rotas? Supporting your team? CQC prep? Or just trying to get through the never-ending to-do list? It would be good to hear what people are dealing with at the moment. Drop yours in the comments, even if it’s just one thing. It’ll also help us make sure the resources and discussions we add to the Hub are focused on the things that are actually useful to you.
Welcome to our new members!
A big welcome to Jen, Tracey and Debbie, who have joined the Care Leaders Hub over the last few days. We’re really pleased to have you here. Welcome to the Hub! Martin & Neil
