Can I tell you about the latest member of the PRIMA Family of plug-ins for Claude? PRIMA CRM (Currently in development & testing). One of my goals with Claude code is to remove the need for third-party applications and the ever increasing number of monthly paid subscriptions I seem to have committed to. So I'm building as much as I can to help me manage my work my business inside Claude Code, testing out the tools and then making them available for my clients and their workspaces.

So here's the story...

PRIMA CRM is an add-on for the AI Business OS that puts your entire client pipeline inside your Claude Code or Claude Desktop workspace. It plugs into the AI Business OS and PRIMA project management, so your client relationships and your project work stay connected in one place.

What it does:

✅ Lives inside your Claude Code or Desktop Workspace

✅ Manages contacts, companies, and their relationships

✅ Tracks interactions with follow-up that actually surface when they're due

✅ Sales pipeline from lead > proposal > won/lost, with values and close

✅ Flags dormant clients automatically when there's been no recent contact

✅ Reusable segments allow filter by tag, status, industry etc

✅ Ties into PRIMA project management so client work data stays in sync

✅ Stores everything locally in SQLite database on your machine.
