Hey, I’m Kali — a licensed therapist, educator, and the person who will use a real clinical framework to explain why you spiraled over a text message.
I’ve spent over a decade in behavioral health — specifically in substance use treatment, schools, medical care, private practice, and nonprofits. I’ve sat with people in their hardest moments and helped them find language for things they couldn’t name yet.
I created CBT and Chill because effective mental health tools shouldn’t be locked behind a waitlist or a copay. You deserve access to the same frameworks therapists use — explained in a way that actually sticks.
