If you plan to retail or offer services check out the new Hemp Regulatory updates that require age 21+ signage 2. If you retail or offer services with CBD check/verify with your states department of Agriculture and confirm as well with your states Department of Health. Some states DO require a retail permit that is renewed each year to offer CBD and retail within your establishment 3. Don't Be Detoured! The added value for your customers and clients and the additional revenue streams is FAR greater than the permit fees and worth the "process." 4. .3% THC is scheduled to be prohibited come November 2026. Don't delay! Some states have adopted the policy already while they work to develop the structure to enforce the Hemp Regulation changes come November. 5.
