Adjusting recipes
My partner is getting into baking/cooking (I’m very much encouraging this!) the only issue is I’m currently trying to lose weight for health reasons after my mobility decline my weight has increased ridiculously 🙈
We are adjusting recipes to make them healthier where we can and I’m having a reduced portion where we can’t.
Anybody got tips on ways to make adjustments without destroying flavour? What’s your go to swaps?
