You move cautiously towards the desk.
The drawers are stiff and difficult to open.
Inside, you find:
- string coated with olive oil
- several unlabeled keys
- a sealed envelope containing nothing whatsoever
- a small wooden badge reading: ASSISTANT SPINACH OBSERVER
None of it appears especially useful, but you may choose to take any two items.
As you crouch beside the desk, you suddenly notice a pair of shoes protruding from beneath.
You kneel lower.
A man appears to be trapped underneath the desk, almost completely covered in spinach.
Only parts of his face remain visible.
He stares at you for several uncomfortable seconds.
At last, he whispers, “Don’t let it know you’ve noticed me.”
A fresh cluster of spinach slowly unfolds across one side of his forehead.
The hut creaks loudly around you.
You decide it may be time to leave and return to the circular entrance chamber. (You cannot enter the hut again during this dungeon visit.)
