🚀 How my friend 10x-ed his views ...in only 14 days
I just finished a call with a friend I brought to YouTube in January 2025.
He’s been steadily climbing all year and already hit 100K subs on TWO channels.
At the start of December, I showed him the exact system I use to scale videos into other languages.
He tried it immediately.
14 days later:
- Russian channel: +10K subs and 5M views
- English channel: +5K subs and 2M views
Here’s the best part:
You don’t need to create new content. Just translate what you already made.
For most creators, this isn’t a “10% boost” tactic.
It’s a 10x move - and for some of you, it can become 100x over time.
I’ve seen people take the same winning videos, swap the audio, and run them across 10+ language channels.
Best languages to start with:
- English (essential)
- Spanish (best for most creators)
- Portuguese
- Hindi (huge audience, usually lower RPM)

- French
- German (often great RPM)
