Another week of cooking 👨🍳 Another channel at 100K subs TODAY!
Just finished 10 hour working call with my partners, which was also our last of this week. Man and what a week it was! What happened: 1) We just reached 100K subs on one of our long/short channels (our 5th channel to get there) 2) New record shorts views // 121K in 60 minutes (on Russian content) *no gatekeeping 3) Created 6 new channels + content for them The best outcome of our calls were the new niches we've discovered. That will be also one of the most important thing, that I want to share with you. Most people see, what most people do. (AI commentary shorts, streamer clipping, ...) That's not how the game is played. 100% skill, 0% luck… 🍀
It’s 1am and me and my partners just finished our 16 hour working call. I planned to post here more often, but all I did for the past 12 days was the same. Work, quick meal, work sleep. We launched new long form and shorts channels, both doing amazing numbers. (more in attached photos) Few channels died off, but that’s life. One thing is for sure. I love this game and there won’t be anyone giving it more than me and my partners. ps: hired 5 editors this week, really enjoy managing the team Best of luck, *but all you need is skill Marek

My Best Month On YouTube... (and my future plans)
It's 1am, February 1st 2026. Why am I writing this date? Who knows, maybe this is a start of something big. I just wrapped final work call with my partners and here are our stats: total views: 74M total videos: 368 (23 long's) total subs gained: 165K In the first half of the month we tried a lot of different stuff, but we kept only few for the long run. What are we changing? For the following month, we will focus more on AI voiceover long videos and we'll begin posting long videos on our winning Shorts channels. My prediction: total views: 120M total videos: 500 total subs gained: 250K Anyway, this is a wrap from me for today. Taking tomorrow off for a burger dinner, to celebrate and discuss our next steps with my partners. Best of luck, Marek
