Just finished 10 hour working call with my partners, which was also our last of this week. Man and what a week it was! What happened: 1) We just reached 100K subs on one of our long/short channels (our 5th channel to get there) 2) New record shorts views // 121K in 60 minutes (on Russian content) *no gatekeeping 3) Created 6 new channels + content for them The best outcome of our calls were the new niches we've discovered. That will be also one of the most important thing, that I want to share with you. Most people see, what most people do. (AI commentary shorts, streamer clipping, ...) That's not how the game is played.
