Here's what each new personal card does right before a funding round: • Adds a hard inquiry to your personal report • Adds a brand-new account that lowers your average age of credit • Tells the next lender you just applied, so they approve you for less Business lenders check YOUR personal credit first. Your personal profile is the engine for your business funding. The rule: once your funding plan is built, you don't apply for anything outside the plan. No "just seeing if I get approved." Discipline and patience are what get you funded. 👇 Drop a comment: what's the most tempting offer you've had to turn down?

💰 HOW I BUILT MORE LEVERAGE WITH NAVY FEDERAL
Most people look at a secured loan and think, “Why would I put $500 in just to borrow $500?” Here’s where the strategy gets interesting 👀 I used a $500 secured loan to establish more history with Navy Federal. Once the collateral was released back to me, I still had the loan to manage — and I focused on paying it down aggressively. My approach was paying down roughly 80% and then repeating the process over time. 📈 MY PERSONAL RESULTS: • Started with a $20K approval • One card eventually reached $44K • Another reached $36K • I was seeing roughly $8K increases per card on my personal timeline • That’s $16K of additional potential limit across both cards per increase cycle The goal isn’t just getting a $500 loan. The goal is building a stronger relationship with the bank and demonstrating that you can responsibly manage credit. ⚠️ These are my personal results — approvals, increases, timing, and terms can vary by member and underwriting. Inside the community, I’ll break down exactly how I approached it, what I did with the loan, and how I structured the strategy. 🔥 If you’re serious about building your banking relationships and creating more access to capital, this is the type of strategy you need to understand.
