Grab the pole or the rail, take a breath, and focus on one person. Everyone has frozen before. You keep moving, and by your third stage you’ll feel different. Q: How much should I tip the DJ/house mom?A: It depends on your club and your take-home, but having a consistent number or percentage you use every night helps. We can talk ranges and what’s normal in the comments. Q: Is it normal to feel gross after certain customers?A: Yes. Your body sometimes has feelings before your brain does.
