First quiz
Good morning. I just completed the free exam and noticed that I did not meet the required passing score of 80 percent. The questions asked regarding the content appears to be correct. However, those that were scored incorrectly were based on not giving the highest rating and I skipped a section unaware using my cell and not a laptop to complete. Can we evaluate this for bias? For example, If I give a 9(10) rating, should it be rated as incorrect? Another thing noticed is that if I rate neutral, on a question, that is also scored as incorrect. If there is no opportunity to answer personally, what is the goal to complete outside of giving the highest score? Please advise. Thanks.
