Coaches learn when support tools like electrolytes, magnesium, collagen, protein powders, iodine, and bile support may help adaptation, digestion, and compliance. Emphasis is placed on safety, proper context, and client education so supplements support the transition without replacing food, personalization, or long term sustainability.
