My name is Emeka ,am from nigeria,and gd morning from this side of the world.

Am completely new to this program ,tried a lot of weight loss program in the past but it seems not to really do the work

Until recently I stumbled on this site and i decided to give it a shot

Am very open to advice and willing also to share my experiences too .

Am 51yrs old,lactose intolerant,no terminal illness
