Hello, my name is Matthew. I am new to the carnivore diet. I'm looking forward to learning more.

I am a 77 year old from Seattle, WA. I found low carb in 2009, keto in 2013 and carnivore in 2017. My health has vastly improved over these years.

In Australia (Sydney time zone).

Keto/carnivore for 2 years, full carnivore for past 6 months. Currently recovering from 7 years of post viral chronic fatigue syndrome
