Had a horrid day at work... even working in bereavement customers can be quite unpleasant and rude.. not to be beaten i walked before work.. walk to let of steam at lunch time... huge gym workout after work..1k row, 1hr upper body weight followed by 6k / 1 hour incline walk..burning over 1000 calories
Fuelled today with lovely food ..and day 1 with no sugar in my hot drinks and all ok :)
