Head high breaststroke
I've noticed that many swimmers, especially in Europe, do breaststroke with their heads above water, and they make it look so smooth and effortless. I tried it myself, but I struggle to keep my head up. Would anyone be kind enough to share some tips or perhaps a short video on how to do it properly? I’d really appreciate it!
