Just saying HI!😊
Hi everyone, I’m Charlie. I’m pleased to be part of this community and I look forward to learning and sharing knowledge with you all. I work within the United Kingdom’s health and social care sector, supporting residential and nursing care services in strengthening care quality, governance, and professional practice in line with the expectations of regulators and professional guidance on relevant legislation and best practice guidelines. Through my work, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, care practitioners, allied professionals, and operational leaders. A large part of my passion lies in supporting colleagues to grow in their roles while strengthening systems such as care planning, quality assurance, and service improvement. I’m here to exchange ideas, share practical insights from real-world practice, and learn from others who are equally passionate about improving health and social care. Whether you are an experienced professional, a student, or someone simply curious about how care planning works in practice, I hope we can grow and learn together.
