New Course Alert

🎉The complete From Idea to Care Business™ course is now available!

I’m delighted to announce that all seven modules of From Idea to Care Business™ have now been added to the Skool Classroom.

This practical course is for anyone who is considering starting a care business or wants to strengthen their plans before progressing towards registration and service delivery.

The course will guide you through:

1. Clarifying Your Care-Business Idea

2. Understanding Your Service Model

3. Understanding Registration and Regulation

4. Testing Demand and Viability

5. Building the Leadership Structure

6. Preparing Your Service Foundations

7. Becoming Registration Ready

Throughout the course, you will use practical templates to develop your:

- Service Model Decision Record

- Initial Registration Scope Map

- Care Business Viability Snapshot

- Leadership and Accountability Blueprint

- Service Foundations Plan

- Registration Readiness Decision Pack

This is not a course to rush through simply to say that you have completed it. Take each module in order, complete the activities honestly and use what you discover to test and strengthen your plans.

The purpose is to help you move from having a general idea about starting a care business to making informed decisions about your model, market, regulatory requirements, leadership and readiness.

You can now find the complete course in the Classroom

If you are starting the course, introduce yourself below and tell us:

What type of care service are you considering—and which part of the journey do you currently need the most help with?

I look forward to supporting you as you move from idea to a clearer, more credible and registration-ready care-business plan.
