Anchored in the Baldrige Excellence Framework, it integrates leadership, strategy, customer focus, measurement, workforce support, operations, and results to reduce burnout, improve health/financial outcomes, and build resilience. Through strategic development and online support caregivers gain practical tools, training, and advocacy.

Effective problem-solving for family caregivers involves structured, evidence-based approaches that empower them to address challenges like emotional stress, financial strain, medical coordination, and daily care demands. These strategies draw from proven models, problem-solving interventions, and resources from nonprofit organizations. Caregivers often face complex, evolving problems.
